I'm Back

Well After a week and a half I am safely back home. It was for sure an interesting trip. On the way down, little man did fairly well in his car seat considering the trip was so long for him and he hates his chair. The first couple days we were there we never really did a whole lot. I went into the city with my sister and did a bit of shopping. I was everyone's taxi while I was down there. I don't think there was a single day where I never heard "Can you give me a ride here", or "can you pick me up from work?". I probaly wouldn't have minded so much if some one had even offered to give me some gas money but no one did. I wouldn't have been such a big deal if my dad lived in town but he lives in the middle of no where and you have to drive to town to get anywhere.
But other than that it went ok. I only had one minor fight with my mom and it blew over quickly. I took little man to the zoo and he had so much fun. We got there kind of late though so most of the big animals like the tiger and lions were sleeping. But he got a real kick outta the ones that he did get to see. We went in this one building and he got to see BIG fish and a couple hippos and girrafes. He loved the fish. He kept running back and forth in front of the aquarium saying "look, look!!" and "wat dat" it was great. I'm glad that he had fun. Wes and I are going to take him back again on his holidays at the end of the month and we are going to leave earlier so we get there at a decent time and we have time to look at everything and we can spend some more time and see everything this time.
I never got to get in to the shop and get my car fixed until Tuesday night. But at least we got it done before I had to drive back home. Now the only thing I have to get fixed is I need a new rim for one of my tires but I can get that done here in town for a reasonable price. I think I am going to get that done on the weekend or something. I'm not doing any highway driving until the end of the month so I have a little while before I get to it.
My mom drove back home with me so I didn't have to drive home with little man all by my self. It was all right. Although she is worse that a kid, with the are we there yet and the i'm bored, and all that crap. But I will write more soon, I have a million things to do today and what not. I will fill you guys in on the rest later and post some pictures.
